Salsa CI - Debian Pipeline for Developers

Introduce the salsa-ci pipeline for Debian packagers explaining:

• Why and where it comes from.
• Advantages of having CI in a Debian package.
• How to use it with a simple demo.
• Roadmap and how to contribute to the project.

We gave this talk in the mini-debconf at Hamburg and we got really good feedback about it. So, I’d like to give it to a broader audience in Curitiba :).
