Is Debian (and Free Software) gender diverse enough?

It is 15 years of Debian Women. How far have we come? Is Debian (and Free Software) gender diverse enough? What are we doing to improve diversity? Are these steps effective/sufficient? If not, where are we going wrong? What more can we do?

These are some of the questions which we will explore to find answers/solutions/actions. This will be more of a discussion, and not a talk.
